This business was founded for my three reasons, my sons, and that purpose drives the care and pride we bring to every job.
I’m Erik Pauley, the proud owner of Three Reasons Painting & Restoration. My journey in painting began at a young age, thanks to my father's encouragement, making me a proud second-generation painter. With extensive expertise in all aspects of painting—both interior and exterior—I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from WVSU, which empowered me to launch my first business, Pride Painting & Remodeling.
After building a successful enterprise, I transitioned to law enforcement as a certified K9 police officer for several years. While I valued my service to the community, I realized my true passion lies in painting, where I can also dedicate more time to my three reasons: my sons.
What I love most about painting is the opportunity to transform spaces according to my clients’ visions. The satisfaction of a happy client is the most rewarding aspect of my work. When I'm not painting, you’ll find me outdoors enjoying quality time with my three—my motivation for everything I do.
